Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Prismical account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains what we store and how to request deletion.

What data does Prismical store?

For accounts on the hosted version, Prismical stores:

  • Account data — your email address and user ID, used to authenticate your account
  • Meeting transcriptions and summaries — the text generated from audio you choose to record, stored in your account
  • Usage, diagnostic, and crash data — collected via PostHog for usage tracking, abuse prevention, and service improvement

Meeting audio is processed for transcription and immediately discarded; raw audio and meeting video are not stored on our servers.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of all data associated with your account, send an email to help@prismical.ai with the following:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Send from: the email address registered with your Prismical account (for verification purposes)

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we will delete all account data, transcriptions, summaries, and associated analytics data from our servers within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
