Pick the record you need to keep

Choose a template by its output.

Match the meeting’s decision

Use an interview format when you need evidence, a check-in when you need mutual commitments, and a handoff when responsibility is changing. The job title of the person taking notes matters less than what someone must be able to do with the result.

Compare the example with its source

Every template includes a fictional filled note and the dialogue behind it. Look at how the note handles unknown dates, requests that were not accepted, and interpretations that still need testing. Copy the blank version for your own meeting.

Reuse only the fields that help

Try the format on two conversations before standardizing it. Remove unused fields, keep missing evidence explicit, and import the matching Prismical Skill when the structure fits. The Markdown template works independently of a Prismical account.

From a useful format to a repeatable habit

Bring your next conversation
into Prismical.

Capture the conversation, keep the transcript beside your notes, and reuse a Skill for the output you need. Review the result before you share it.
