Meeting notes for your call platform

Keep your meeting app. Build a note-taking routine around it—with the right capture checks before the call.

3 useful starting points.

Practical Prismical meeting-note workflows for Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, with capture checks, sample notes, and honest platform limits.

Choose your call app, then check the audio path

Prepare capture before the meeting.

Follow the guide for your setup

These walkthroughs use Prismical desktop on macOS 14.2 or later alongside Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. They describe computer-audio capture, not a marketplace integration or an imported cloud recording. The web app’s microphone workflow has different limits.

Test both speakers with your actual devices

Use the microphone, headphones, browser profile, and call application you intend to keep. Grant the operating-system permissions requested by Prismical and inspect a short test transcript. Seeing your own words does not prove that the remote participant was captured.

Choose consent, access, and a note format

Check participant agreement and organizational recording policies before capture. Prepare the output you need—client commitments, research evidence, or project decisions—then review the transcript before sharing. Permissions on a Prismical note are separate from the call platform’s permissions.

From a useful format to a repeatable habit

Bring your next conversation
into Prismical.

Capture the conversation, keep the transcript beside your notes, and reuse a Skill for the output you need. Review the result before you share it.
