The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account and access to the Application.

Meeting Data

The Application processes meeting audio for transcription purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent from all meeting participants before using Prismical to transcribe meetings. The Service Provider is not responsible for any legal implications arising from recording or transcribing meetings without proper consent.

Self-Hosting

The Application is available as open-source software under the MIT license. When self-hosting, you are responsible for your own infrastructure, security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
