This tool arranges source text using local rules. It makes no AI service calls, cannot understand the whole conversation, and never sends an email or assigns a task.
Paste readable transcript text
Keep one speaker turn per line where possible. The tool uses repeated content words and explicit action or decision phrases to suggest passages. It does not transcribe a file, open a video link, or translate between languages.
Choose the length and inspect coverage
Select three, five, or eight excerpts, then review which parts of the conversation were omitted. Frequency is not the same as importance: a critical one-off statement or a later correction may deserve manual inclusion.
Keep context intact
Edit the selection using the source review and retain the speaker labels and line references while checking it. This extractive summary preserves wording; use the Prismical Skill separately when you want an AI-assisted thematic summary.
Know the limits
- Works best with English text and reasonably short speaker turns.
- It selects passages instead of understanding themes or producing a new narrative.
- Repeated words can cause a less important topic to dominate; review omitted passages.
- A short summary can omit a caveat, answer, or correction. Keep access to the original record.

Is this an AI generator?
No. This free tool uses English-first text rules to select and arrange source passages. It does not understand the conversation or rewrite it with a language model. For AI-assisted interpretation, download the matching Skill and run it inside Prismical with an account and an available model.
Where does my pasted text go?
The formatter runs inside a sandboxed browser frame with network connections blocked. It does not upload your input, store it in browser storage, or include it in analytics. The surrounding website can still load normal site analytics. Clear or reload the tool to discard its current text.
What does “extractive” mean?
The summary selects passages from the source rather than writing new sentences. That makes the wording traceable, but it does not guarantee that the selection captures every important point or preserves all context.
