Free meeting follow-up email generator

Get the recap started without adding promises. Arrange selected meeting excerpts in an editable email draft, then check the commitments and make it sound like you.

No sign-up · No input upload · English-first rules, not an AI model · Up to 40,000 characters

The text workspace is isolated from the surrounding site and blocks network access. Source text is not included in our tool usage events. How the tool works

A useful first draft.
A deliberate review.

This tool arranges source text using local rules. It makes no AI service calls, cannot understand the whole conversation, and never sends an email or assigns a task.

Use notes you are allowed to share

Paste the relevant meeting text and choose a subject. Before drafting a client email, remove unrelated confidential material. The tool does not know which participants should receive the message.

Select the source passages

Review discussion points, decision candidates, and next steps in the source panel. The email uses the original wording rather than paraphrasing with AI, which makes evidence easier to inspect but may require more editing for tone.

Edit, verify, then send separately

Add the recipients and your name, preserve conditions attached to dates, and remove the review instruction before sending. Copy the finished draft into your own email app. This tool never sends email or accesses your contacts.

Know the limits

  • This creates an editable scaffold, not a polished AI rewrite.
  • Recipients, sign-off, and the intended tone need your review.
  • Do not turn a target into a commitment or a new request into approved scope while editing.
  • Source line references are included for checking; remove them from the final email if they are not useful to recipients.

See the input
and the real output.

Fictional sample dialogue, processed by the same rules as the live tool. The result is a review draft, not an approved meeting record.

Sample input

Riley: Implementation is targeted for next Monday if the prototype is approved.

A few useful answers.

Practical details before you use this resource.

Is this an AI generator?

No. This free tool uses English-first text rules to select and arrange source passages. It does not understand the conversation or rewrite it with a language model. For AI-assisted interpretation, download the matching Skill and run it inside Prismical with an account and an available model.

Where does my pasted text go?

The formatter runs inside a sandboxed browser frame with network connections blocked. It does not upload your input, store it in browser storage, or include it in analytics. The surrounding website can still load normal site analytics. Clear or reload the tool to discard its current text.

Does the generator send the email?

No. It has no email connection and does not send messages. You can edit and copy the draft, then deliberately send it through your own email application after checking the recipients and content.

Useful next steps for the conversation you are preparing for.
