MCP Server

Prismical includes a built-in MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that lets AI assistants interact with your notes and meetings.

Supported AI Assistants

• Claude (Anthropic) — Ask about past meetings, search notes, summarize discussions
• ChatGPT (OpenAI) — Query your meeting history, draft follow-ups
• Claude Code — Give your coding assistant access to meeting context and project notes
• Codex — Provide meeting context for code generation tasks

What MCP Enables

• Read — AI assistants can search your meetings, find decisions, and summarize past discussions
• Write — AI assistants can create and organize notes in Prismical on your behalf
• Context — Give coding tools project context from your meetings

Setup

Enable the MCP server in Settings → Integrations → MCP. The server runs locally and exposes your notes to connected AI assistants.

Transcription Providers

Prismical supports local and cloud-based transcription. Cloud providers require your own API keys (BYOK).

Works With Any Audio Source

Prismical captures system audio, so it works with any meeting platform or audio source:

• Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams

• Any app that plays audio through your system

No platform-specific integration or OAuth setup required.
