Connected tools
Connect external tools like Notion to Ask AI, with Slack, Linear and HubSpot coming soon.
Connect the tools you already use and Prismical can reach into them. Ask "what did we promise Acme?" and the answer can draw on a supported connected tool as well as your notes.
This is one of two MCP things in Prismical, and they point in opposite directions:

Connecting Something
Go to Settings → Integrations. The catalog holds the tools Prismical already knows the connection details for, so connecting is a sign-in rather than a setup task.
Available now: Notion — pages, databases and comments. Click Connect and sign in; it uses OAuth, so you approve access in Notion's own window and never paste a key.

Using Integrations in Ask AI
When an answer needs an integration, Ask AI pauses and shows Approval needed, naming the tool. Choose Approve or Deny, or tick Auto-approve this tool for this conversation.
Prismical only skips the prompt for tools the service has explicitly declared read-only, and defaults to asking otherwise — so you'll sometimes be asked about a tool that only reads.
That declaration comes from the service, not from Prismical, so it's only as trustworthy as the server you connected. Connect integrations you trust, and read what a prompt is actually asking before approving it.
Managing a Connection
Open any connected integration to see its tools. Turn individual ones off if you want it connected but limited — useful for a service where you're happy for Prismical to read but not to write.
Refresh tools picks up anything new the service has added. Reconnect fixes a connection whose sign-in has lapsed.
Connections are personal to you. Each person in your organization connects their own account, and nobody else can see or use yours.
