What’s included on Free, Premium, and Enterprise — transcription limits, seats, and gated features.
Prismical has three plans. Free is free forever and has no expiry. Premium is billed per person. Enterprise is negotiated.
Free — $0
300 minutes of cloud transcription a month, 1 seat, 30-minute recordings.
Premium — $14/user/mo
Unlimited transcription, unlimited seats, 2-hour recordings. $10/user/mo billed annually.
Enterprise — custom
Your own cloud and models, SSO, license management, and compliance.
The Free Limit Only Counts Cloud Minutes
This is worth understanding first, because it decides whether the limit affects you at all.
Free includes 300 minutes of cloud transcription per month. That meter only runs when Prismical sends your audio to our transcription service to be turned into text — which is why it's the only thing the free limit counts.
So in practice:

Everything else you do — writing, recording, Enhance, skills, Ask AI, sharing — isn't metered at all.
The limit applies per person, not pooled across your organization — every member gets their own allowance.
What Happens When You Reach It
Cloud transcription pauses until your monthly limit resets. Nothing is deleted and nothing else stops working: your notes, transcripts, and recordings stay as they are, and you can keep writing. You'll see a "Cloud transcription limit reached" message where the transcript would have appeared.
To carry on transcribing, upgrade to Premium, bring your own provider key, or wait for the reset.
If you cancel Premium
Your account falls back to the Free allowance rather than being blocked, and you keep your notes.
Recording Length
Separate from the monthly meter, there's a cap on how long a single, continuous recording can run: 30 minutes on Free, 2 hours on Premium, custom on Enterprise.
It's a per-recording limit, not a daily one. You can start as many separate recordings as you like, and one note can hold several of them — see Transcripts.

Every plan includes the web app, both desktop apps, and both mobile apps. Your plan governs what you can do, not where you can do it. What differs by platform is a separate question — see What's different per platform.
Seats and Billing
Free is a single seat. Premium is per user: each person in your organization is another $10/month billed annually, or $14/month billed monthly. Annual works out around 30% cheaper. Adding and removing members is covered in Organizations, members & roles.
