Preferences
Where the day-to-day behavior lives.
| Setting | What it does |

| Auto-enhance after recording | Runs Enhance automatically when you stop recording, and shows you the diff. On by default. Per device. |
| Theme | Light, dark, or follow your system. Per device. |
| Launch at login | Starts Prismical when you sign in to your computer. Desktop only. |
| Meeting widget | Whether the floating widget shows — Always, While recording, or Never. Never also turns off meeting offers. Desktop only. See Meeting detection. |
| Permissions | Your microphone permission, with a way into your system settings. Desktop only. See System audio. |
Auto-enhance and theme live on the device rather than your account, so each computer gets its own answer. See Sync.
AI Models
The models behind everything.
- Transcription — turning speech into text. See Transcription models.
- Text generation — Enhance, skills, and note writing.
- Connected providers — your own API keys, and which of their models appear in Ask AI's picker.
Both default to Prismical Cloud · Auto, which needs no setup. See AI models & BYOK.
Skills
Write, clone, import, and export your skills — the saved prompts you run on notes.
Calendar
Connect Google Calendar, check when it last synced, or disconnect. See Calendar & meetings.
Integrations
Connect external tools over MCP so Ask AI and skills can reach them, and control which of their tools are available. See MCP integrations.
Automations

API keys
Create and revoke personal keys for the Prismical API.
Members
Invite people, set roles, and control whether your organization allows public links. Owners and admins only. See Organizations.
Account
Shows which account you're signed in as, and holds Delete account. See Data & export.
Advanced
Desktop diagnostics:
- Export logs — reveals the log file, for when you're sending us a bug report.
- Reset app — clears this device's settings and pending recording-recovery data, then restarts.
Reset app is local. Your notes are in your account and are not affected — the app re-syncs them when it restarts.
